Terms and License
Shortcut Kit is a trade name of Tracie Domino Events LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Shortcut Kit," "we," "us"). These terms cover every Shortcut Kit product sold at shortcutkits.com, including the kits, the workflow templates, and the Prompt Library. By buying or downloading, you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose.
1. What you're buying
A single-user license to use the kit in your own work. "Your own work" means you, in your own practice or business. If you add the Team license, up to 5 people at the same practice or business may use the kit, including the buyer. Neither license covers clients, colleagues at other firms, or anyone outside your business. Licenses bought before October 21, 2026 also cover the people you employ who use the kit under your supervision.
2. What you can do
- Use any prompt or template in your own business as often as you like.
- Edit the prompts to fit how you work.
- Send the outputs the prompts help you write (emails, scripts, documents) to anyone. Those outputs are yours.
- Keep every file you've downloaded, even if you later cancel the Prompt Library.
3. What you can't do
- Share, forward, post, or resell the kit files, in whole or in part, including screenshots of the prompts.
- Use the kit to build, train, or sell a competing product, course, template pack, or AI tool.
- Share the kit with more people than your license covers. Add the Team license at checkout to cover up to 5 people, or email hello@shortcutkits.com for larger teams.
- Remove the Shortcut Kit name or any purchase identifier from the files.
4. Ownership
Tracie Domino Events LLC owns the kits and everything in them. The name Shortcut Kit, the lightning mark, and the kit titles are our trademarks. Buying a license does not transfer any of that to you. The text you produce by using the prompts belongs to you.
5. What the kits are and aren't
The prompts are drafting tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, clinical, insurance, or lending advice, and nothing in a kit creates a professional relationship between you and Shortcut Kit. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you use it, for following the rules of your license or profession, and for what you choose to put into any AI tool. The Never Paste This sheet is guidance, not a guarantee of compliance with any law.
6. All sales are final
Kits are digital products delivered instantly, so every sale is final. We don't offer refunds for any reason, including accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or buying a kit for a profession that isn't yours. Please check your selection before you pay. If a download link isn't working, email hello@shortcutkits.com and we'll make sure you get your file.
Prompt Library subscriptions can be cancelled anytime at billing.stripe.com (sign in with your email) or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and you keep what you've downloaded. Library payments already made are not refunded, including partial months.
7. Purchase records
Each download may carry a purchase identifier tied to your order. If a file carrying your identifier turns up somewhere it shouldn't, we'll contact you first. We reserve the right to end the license of anyone who redistributes the files.
8. Updates
We update kits when the AI tools change. Updates are free to anyone who bought that kit. We may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the kit after a change means you accept it.
9. Limits
To the extent the law allows, Shortcut Kit's total liability to you for anything related to a kit is the amount you paid for it. The kits are provided as they are. We don't promise any particular business result.
10. Privacy
We collect your name and email to deliver what you bought and to send the emails you signed up for. We don't sell your information. Payment details are handled by our checkout provider and never touch our systems. Unsubscribe anytime from any email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Shortcut Kit is a registered fictitious name of Tracie Domino Events LLC.
